Data Availability Policy

The journal supports transparency, reproducibility, and responsible research practices by encouraging authors to make the data underlying published research accessible whenever possible.

Data Sharing Statement

Authors are required to include a Data Availability Statement in their manuscript describing:

  • Where the data supporting the findings can be accessed (repository name, DOI, or permanent link)
  • Conditions for data access, if applicable
  • Reasons why data cannot be publicly shared due to ethical, legal, confidentiality, or regulatory restrictions

Acceptable Data Availability Options

  • Data deposited in publicly accessible repositories
  • Data available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request
  • Restricted-access data due to privacy, consent, security, or legal limitations
  • Third-party data subject to external usage restrictions

Author Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and authenticity of research data
  • Retaining raw data and supporting materials for a reasonable period after publication
  • Providing data for editorial review or verification if requested by the journal
  • Ensuring that data sharing complies with ethical and legal requirements
