Editorial Policy
- The work must be original and not previously published.
- The manuscript must not be under review elsewhere.
- The submission must remain exclusive during peer review.
- All authors must approve the submitted manuscript.
- All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection software.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
- Reviewer selection is managed by the editorial board.
- Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts.
- Revisions should include a response to reviewer comments.
- The review process may continue until editorial approval is achieved.
Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by contacting the editorial office. All appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief, whose decision shall be considered final.
Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
- APCs are charged only after manuscript acceptance.
- No submission fee is charged.
- Rejected manuscripts incur no fee.
- Editorial decisions are independent of payment status.
- Institutional affiliations or memberships do not influence editorial evaluation.
Authorship and Contributions
All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. Any authorship changes after submission require written consent from all authors.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or interpretation of findings.
