Publication Ethics and Malpractices Statement

Tresearch Journals are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing practices. The journal follows the principles and best practices of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

1. Duties of Authors

  • Provide accurate, verifiable, and ethical research data

Plagiarism and Duplicate Publication: Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools.

AI Usage Policy: Artificial intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors must disclose the use of AI tools for writing, editing, analysis, or image generation and remain fully responsible for all submitted content.

2. Duties of Editors

  • Maintain fair and unbiased editorial decisions
  • Ensure manuscript confidentiality
  • Select qualified and independent reviewers
  • Handle ethical concerns appropriately
  • Protect reviewer anonymity during peer review

Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit and are independent of commercial interests, APC payments, author nationality, institutional affiliation, or funding sources.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Conduct objective and confidential reviews
  • Provide constructive scholarly feedback
  • Declare conflicts of interest
  • Respect confidentiality of manuscripts
  • Identify relevant uncited published work

4. Peer Review Integrity

All submissions undergo editorial screening and peer review. Any attempt to manipulate the review process, including fake reviewer identities, citation manipulation, or unethical influence, is strictly prohibited.

5. Ethical Oversight and Research Integrity

Research involving humans, animals, or sensitive data must comply with recognized ethical standards and institutional approvals. Suspected misconduct, including plagiarism, image manipulation, or falsification of data, is investigated according to COPE guidance.

6. Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern

Corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern are issued transparently when necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Retraction notices remain permanently available and linked to the affected articles.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, personal, academic, or professional relationships that could influence their work.

8. Complaints and Appeals

Complaints, appeals, and ethical concerns are handled fairly, confidentially, and according to COPE guidance. Appeals must include supporting evidence and a clear explanation of the concern.

9. Editorial Independence

Editors have complete authority over editorial decisions. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions under any circumstances.

10. Publisher Responsibility

The publisher supports ethical publishing practices, protects editorial independence, and assists editors in resolving ethical concerns in accordance with COPE recommendations.

11. Continuous Ethical Commitment

12. Misconduct Reporting

Allegations of publication malpractice, research misconduct, or ethical concerns may be reported confidentially to the Editorial Office.
